Scrum in Action.
The product was developed using the Scrum process, allowing for greater efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement in delivering high-quality outputs.

Release 1.
Release 1 was strategically divided into four sprints, each with a clear Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Sprint 1 focused on release planning, establishing timelines, objectives, and key deliverables. Sprint 2 centered on developing the podcast content, including research. In Sprint 3, the team produced the edited podcast, ensuring a final product through editing and refinement. Finally, Sprint 4 delivered the podcast release and marketing phase, where promotional strategies were implemented.

Release 2.
Release 2 was strategically divided into three sprints, each with a clear Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Sprint 1 focused on producing and recording the radio jingle. In Sprint 3, the team produced the television & web-based advertisement where surveys were released for iterations. Finally, Sprint 3 delivered the online newsletter advertisement where all products were featured.
